British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons (BRAMM)
and Register of Qualified Memorial Fixers (RQMF)
Due to the increasing concems in
Cemeteries and Churchyards regarding the safety of memorials, the
"Register of
Qualified Memorial Fixers"
have been
created to ensure that monumental masons really understand every aspect of their job.
It is now necessary
for all companies and memorial masons who wish to work in cemeteries to undergo a
rigorous exam with one practical and two written papers.
Pollard Memorials
are pleased to announce that our masons are among the first in the Midlands to have
now passed these exams and are fully accredited and qualified.
This means that
Pollard's are able to continue safely working in all cemeteries which
have signed up for either scheme, and ensure that your memorial is safe now, and in
the future.
Business
accreditation also means that we must be fully insured - £10 million Public and £5 million Employee
liabilty - So that if anything were
to happen whilst fixing your memorial everything is fully covered - for your Peace of
Mind.
